一、處置標的

二、報價規(guī)則

II.Quotation Rules

1.美元交易；

1.Transaction in US dollars;

2.最低投標價：177.926萬美元；

2.Minimum Bid Price:US$1,779,260;

3.報價中不含靠球；

3.Fenders are not included in the quotation;

4.報價中不含船存油料，船存油料經(jīng)買賣雙方確認價格和數(shù)量后由買受人額外支付費用；

4.Vessel's remaining fuel is not included in the quotation.After the buyer and seller confirm the price and quantity,the buyer shall pay an additional fee for the remaining fuel;

5.保證金：15萬美元（或人民幣100萬元）。若買受人使用美元支付保證金，則在競拍成交后該保證金自動轉(zhuǎn)為購船款。未成交競買人支付的保證金在2個工作日內(nèi)原路退回；若買受人使用人民幣支付保證金，則需在發(fā)布中標通知書后的2個工作日內(nèi)向我司指定的美元賬戶另行支付競拍保證金15萬美元，我司在收到該筆保證金后的1個工作日內(nèi)將買受人先前支付的人民幣保證金原路退回；

5.Deposit:US$150,000(or RMB 1,000,000).If the buyer pays the deposit in US dollars,the deposit will be automatically converted into the vessle purchase price after the auction is successful.If the buyer pays the deposit in RMB,the buyer shall pay an additional auction deposit of US$150,000 to the US dollar account designated by our company within 2 working days after the issuance of the bid-winning notice.Our company will return the RMB deposit previously paid by the buyer to the original account within 1 working day after receiving this deposit;

5.保證金截止日期（以銀行匯款水單日期為準）：2025年1月20日上午9時；報價截止日期：2025年1月22日上午9時；

6.Deposit Deadline(subject to the date on the bank remittance slip):9:00 a.m.on January 20,2025;Quotation Deadline:9:00 a.m.on January 22,2025;

6.打印該處置公告蓋章確認接受公告中所有條款，隨報價單一并發(fā)送至保密郵箱：cntec1101@163.com。

本次船舶處置為現(xiàn)狀交船，交船地點：山東石島。意向競買人可與船東溝通船舶證書、信息和資料，意向競買人可在取得船東許可的情況下組織船舶看樣，并承擔看樣過程中看樣人員的所有費用、風險與責任，船東方僅負責配合工作；未在保證金截止日期前參與實地看樣且提交保證金的，視為已完全了解處置標的的所有情況，包括但不限于與船舶證書、船舶狀況等有關的一切已知及未知的瑕疵。意向競買人不得以任何理由對處置標的質(zhì)量等瑕疵提出異議。

IV.Other Notes

This vessel disposal is based on the current condition of the vessel.Delivery Location:Shidao,Shandong.Prospective bidders can communicate with the shipowner regarding vessel certificates,information,and materials.Prospective bidders can organize vessel inspections with the permission of the shipowner and bear all the costs,risks,and responsibilities of the inspection personnel during the inspection process.The shipowner is only responsible for providing cooperation.Those who do not participate in the on-site inspection and submit the deposit before the deposit deadline shall be deemed to have fully understood all the circumstances of the disposal target,including but not limited to all known and unknown defects related to vessel certificates and vessel conditions.Prospective bidders shall not raise any objections to the quality or other defects of the disposal target for any reason.
